Faeq Alolaiwat

Faeq Alolaiwat is a creative strategist, entrepreneur and one of Bahrain’s leading public intellectuals on design innovation. He has played a major role in the conception and development of some of the most successful campaigns and brands for the Labour Market as well as Educational Reform. With over two decades of rich experience in the areas of branding, marketing, management, design, advertising and IT, Faeq has been the author of many brands and branding strategies in the region.

Widely acknowledged as an industry-leading pioneer, Faeq has created and executed integrated communication strategies comprising of branded entertainment and content, social media, guerrilla marketing, above the line and online media. For the last 3 years, he has specialized in social development government projects. Currently, he is involved with keystone campaigns for organizations like Qatar Foundation, Emirates Foundation, Tamkeen, Ministry of Culture-Bahrain, Oman TRA, et al.

Faeq’s contribution to any branding, marketing, management or design project stems from his broad and deep cultural background and a gifted balance between strategy, creativity and technology. He is a passionate advocate of art and design, and involved in the development of creative industries in the region. In 2008, he launched The Creative City Initiative, to promote and encourage the use of creativity to further social, economic and cultural development of the Arabian Gulf.

Chief Executive and Creative Officer of DaDeDo, Faeq Alolaiwat is a member of the International Advertising Association and the Curriculum Advisory Committee of Bahrain Polytechnic Design School and Business School and also a board member of the Entepreneurs Organization.



Zainab Al-Hassan

Zainab Al-Hassan is the Creative Business Director of DaDeDo, leading business development and client servicing. She has 4 years experience in managing multi-million dollar accounts for clients such as Tamkeen and Qatar Foundation. Zainab has been instrumental in devising a broad spectrum of communication solutions such as conventional advertising and design to innovative vehicles such as TV series production and guerrilla marketing. Zainab is the first Arab woman to enroll for the world-acclaimed Executive MBA in Creative Leadership from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. Her background as a Graphic Designer further complements her creative instincts that are deeply rooted in the culture of the region.
