INTERNAL COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS FOR EFFECTIVE DISSEMINATION OF COMPLEX HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO SADARA EMPLOYEES

Challenge:

The HCD department at Sadara is very productive in developing high value HCD programs but faced challenges with effectively communicating them and promoting their utilization amongst the Sadara's significantly large workforce.

Solution:

DaDeDo developed a number of internal campaigns to promote the Sadaraemployee programs such as IDP, SPOT (Sadara Program for Operators and Technicians), etc. The campaigns engaged a variety of creative content, media and channels: Video, Motion Graphics, Ad Banner campaigns, Poster campaigns, print collaterals, and more.

Result:

The internal communication campaigns helped bring clarity and structure to all the offerings of HCD and increase participation in these programs, thus reflecting positively upon general employee value proposition.
