SADARA EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN CYCLE 4
The client, Sadara, was looking to successfully design and execute the Cycle 4 of its employee engagement campaign during the holy month of Ramadan. The challenge was to successfully conduct a month-long campaign during the COVID-19 pandemic, when much of its large workforce was scattered and uncertainty negative sentiments were on a high among the employees- more or less a global trend at the time. The client was looking for high employee engagement and participation during the campaign, and entrusted DaDeDo to deliver the expected.
DaDeDo created a holistic all-digital campaign featuring a mix of high engagement virtual activities combined with the right messages. A first of its kind event, DaDeDo left no stone unturned in creating publicity among the Sadara employees for the event through multiple channels. To encourage high employee participation, a prompt reward system was also in place for the various competitive events and activities during the campaign. The highlight of the event was the first of its kind live Virtual Town Hall meeting featuring virtual discussion panel and a host of other engaging and entertaining activities.
The campaign turned out to be immensely successful, registering 85% employee participation as per Sadara’s internal survey report. The Virtual Town Hall witnessed participation from over a thousand Sadara employees, including the C-Suite. Powerful key messages and engaging virtual activities delivered a truly memorable campaign that resonated with Sadara employees, creating a perception around the importance of Sadara’s values and drivers, and ultimately raising the company’s employee engagement.
