Aramco - Cyber October Campaign
Background:
Every October, Saudi Aramco organizes a range of activities - from workshops to competition - to enhance employee awareness and engagement in cybersecurity.
Objective:
We were tasked with boosting participation in workshops, competitions, and awareness programs by creatively communicating their value proposition and inspiring the target audience to get involved.
Solution:
Through in-depth workshops with key stakeholders, we developed a communication strategy and timeline to effectively engage both internal and external audiences. Through a comprehensive campaign that included creative PowerPoint presentations, radio scripts, banners, and more, we helped the target audience understand the risks of not being cyber-aware and the need for Cyber Security in their everyday life.
Results:
The campaign performed very well across all activations, increasing participation and deepening the understanding and awareness of cyber security. The multi-touch point strategy and the comprehensive communication plan aligned the target audiences and resulted in an increase of participation and engagement across both internal and external audiences.
